Important reminders:
- Gift vouchers requires pre-payment. Please call us at 0386091470 or email us at [email protected].
- Vouchers have one year validity from the date of payment.
- The recipient of the voucher must be informed the reservations are required. He/she may contact us via email or phone.
- Security bonds are required on the day of boating. $250 for Polycraft 4.1 Challenger and $450 for Polycraft 5.3 Bow Rider. Credit card bonds will fall-off in 3-5 business days provided that the boat has been returned in good condition. Cash bonds are also allowed.
- Vouchers are transferable but non-refundable. Please contact us at least 2 days ahead if you wish to change the name on the voucher.
- Cancellations are permitted and must be done 3-4 days before the reservation. Please contact us to advise your new boating date.
- Reservation cancellations due to weather are non-negotiable.
- The boat’s max capacity is strict and non-negotiable.
- You do not need a marine license to drive these boats.
- Marine license holders who wish to increase the speed of Bow Rider from over 10 knots must pay separate fuel charges.
